Lara has been a sportswoman all her life and has been a personal trainer, pilates teacher and group instructor for 10 years. A political science graduate from Loughborough University, her first job was to support an all party committee on women’s healthcare.
Her passion for keeping people healthy, active, challenged and body confident has been an unswerving theme throughout her life.
